Vestel Mobility, the subsidiary of Turkey’s technology giant Vestel responsible for mobility and battery energy storage solutions, has now set its sights on India. The company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shloka Enterprises, a subsidiary of India’s Krishna Group, to explore potential collaboration opportunities in the fields of electric vehicle charging stations, mobility electronics, and energy storage systems.
Specializing in electric vehicle chargers, automotive electronics, and battery energy storage solutions, Vestel’s new venture Vestel Mobility is pursuing its vision of becoming a global player by seeking strategic partnerships in India. As part of this strategy, the company signed an MoU with Shloka Enterprises LLP — part of the prominent Krishna Group — to evaluate potential collaboration opportunities, particularly in electric vehicle charging infrastructure, mobility electronics, and energy storage technologies.
Under the agreement, the two companies will collaborate to identify potential opportunities in India’s EV charging station, mobility electronics, and energy storage systems markets. The MoU aims to pave the way for new business partnerships that will bring relevant technologies and products to the Indian market.
Established in 2019, Shloka Enterprises LLP is the flagship company of the Shloka Group, which operates under the umbrella of India’s leading automotive conglomerate, the Krishna Group. Shloka Group is a diversified holding company actively expanding across multiple industries — including automotive components, electric vehicles (EVs), electronics, aerospace, and defense — with a strong focus on supporting the Indian government’s “Make in India” initiative.
